I recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Hershey Park, and while there were certainly some wonderful aspects, it did have its issues. The close proximity to the park was a definite plus, and the staff made us feel welcome and valued, but our room could have been cleaner, and the fridge was broken at first. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, especially for families visiting the area, but it could benefit from more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
